Intro

Fatouros Fastigheter AB is a commercial real estate company established in 2011. We lease, manage and maintain commercial property in the greater area of Stockholm in Sweden. Current holding is three commercial properties to a total area of 1300 m2 located in the municipality of Nacka. Existing tenants include a car repair shop and an electrical wholesaler. The properties have prime location in an industrial area easily accessible from road 222 and with public transportation. The properties are clearly visible from Saltsjöbadsleden offering advertisement space and close to the commercial retail center of Nacka Forum.

The properties fulfil high standards and are housed in two buildings of which one newly built in 2011 and the second one fully refurbished. The industrial characteristics of the buildings, such as large industrial doors, generous ceiling high and multiple parking lots are highly valued by our tenants. Few commercial properties of similar characteristics are available in Nacka.

Fatouros Fastigheter AB, albeit relatively recently established, has a long tradition and leverages upon the foundation built in 1976 by the company Fatouros Motor. We value long term, stable relationships with our tenants and are responsive to our customer needs.

Fatouros Fastigheter are landlords of commercial property and members of the Fastighetsägarna network of property owners.

We own and develop commercial property that we lease, manage and maintain to fulfill the needs of our tenants.

We are striving to build long lasting relationships and multi-year contracts with our customers.

Typical services we offer to our tenants include base rent (kallhyra), building maintenance, break & fix, winter maintenance etc.

In dialogue with our tenants we can also undertake larger property adjustments to accommodate the needs of their changing business.
